los sarcos son de greebo y de impact! , y ahora resulta que las ranitas y las silvanas son de greebo y de rolljordan ??? eso sin contar que los diseños de los elfos oscuros los "comparten" MK1881 y greebo ... madre del amor hermoso , he visto culebrones venezolanos mucho mas sencillos que esta historia .

En éste caso concreto:

- Las ranas son exclusivas de Rolljordan (de hecho hace siglos que no se pueden comprar en la web de Greebo)
- El Taxi Toad es exclusivo de Rolljordan
- Las Silvanas son de ambos (Rolljordan y Greebo)

Bueno pues ahora ya está todo claro yo agradezco esa transparencia , gracias Arthur ... muy interesante eso de que Rolljordan nunca fué despedido sino que simularon que lo despedian para lavar su imagen frente a Impact! .

I am currently undergoing a legal action against my old partner, and until this is done I will not sell any of the models. In the next 2 weeks I will be seeing my lawyer and start the legal process to solve the issue in court. I will post on this issue later if any sensitive update will arise."

"About the FF miniature line Added: June 23, 2013, 7:55 pm" En verano parece que iban de abogados, puede que incluso a juicio, ahora parece que ya se ha resuelto. ¿Supongo que nunca has oído hablar de acuerdos extrajudiciales? ¿Y de la gente que tiene web sin actualizar?

Well here I am, no I have not been gone. In the past year I have actively collaborated with several other companies, and created my own that I have been running for the past 6 months. Rolljordan is staying, so don't worry I will actually update it by 2014 and probably merge it with the new company.

Trust me Willy. When Impact! created the artwork for the Sarcos for our next team project and displayed them online ... the last thing we wanted was to have 3 companies claim to own our designs many years later. It was our lesson about not showing off art online for anything we were working on ... just too dangerous.

The Sarcos that we have are actually different from the Greebo ones (and if Rolljordan produces them ... theirs as well). We had the masters we received from them redone by a professional sculptor to add thickness to the figures and to add more scale and claw detail to them before we prouction moulded them. IF a 3rd company ever does start selling pewter Sarcos ... expect to see Impact! have a massive permanent sale on the pewter Sarcos in our store. We agreed to share the rights to them with Greebo ... no one else (and actually Greebo and Impact! have an agreement to sell our rights to make them to the other company if either of us closes down). We have no legal power to stop a 3rd company from selling them ... but we do plan to make sure that anyone that does purchase them from a 3rd company will have spent way too much to do so compared to what we will offer them. At some point ... you just have to say ... this was my concept and I'm willing to do what it takes to keep it mine. We already gave Greebo a heads up on our plans on cutting the prices of the pewter Sarcos team if a 3rd company starts making them and he understood our reasons.

Yo te comprendo y ademas estoy seguro que precisamente en este asunto , Impact! es quien ha salido perdiendo ( y eso que no soy muy de defender a Impact! ) , lo que pasa que es muy complicado entender para todos los demas el porqué Impact-Greebo compartian unas mismas miniaturas , nunca se ha aclarado del todo (aunque yo sepa mas o menos lo que ocurrió) la gente le parece extraño , y si ahora Greebo se ha partido en 2 trozos , impact tiene un 50% , greebo un 25% y rolljordan un 25% ... eso traerá guerra de precios , de acusaciones y de comparar quien tiene los mejores sarcos , asi que la guerra "sucia" continuará .

Y luego otro asunto es si tu afirmas que ahora no enseñas artwork , porque ya te pasó lo de los Sarcos ... ¿Porqué ese apoyo incondicional a greebo? quizas yo soy muy vengativo , pero si alguien me hace una trampa de ese calibre me estoy acordando el resto de mi vida , ademas ahora que greebo ha confesado que rolljordan trabajó en la trastienda hasta hace poco tiempo uf mucha paciencia tienes , no creo que greebo sea tan bueno ni tan leal , ni rolljordan-mk1881 tan malo .

Algun dia entenderemos que la competencia es buena y que la competitividad bien enfocada nos hace mejores , ya de paso que las cosas sean un poco mas transparentes o al menos todos seamos sinceros los unos con los otros seria fantástico , yo estuve negociando comprarle derechos sobre algunos modelos y equipos a Chris (rolljordan) pero todo era tan complicado , con versiones de uno y de otro , denuncias etc ... que al final tuve que apartarme .
El comunicado de greebo y ciertas aclaraciones por parte de rolljordan , hace 3 meses yo las hubiera agradecido mucho .

To be clear before someone suggests it ... not my decision to remove that post. I'm staying out of it because Rolljordan is a competitor and I don't want to play dirty. I just checked and the moderators who have worked with Greebo over the last few years asked and were told it was legally required for him to type those words. The other mods did not feel it was TFF's responsibility to leave it up since you can find the exact same post on TGN still if you want to read it (as well as linked to from Rolljordan's FB page).
