En resumen que actuo precipitadamente, si bien no s eaverguenza pide disculpas pòr lo que pudeo impiclar, que cree que le hicieron la cama para que actuara impulsivamente, que respeta aGalak y nunca quiso decir que el estaba impicado en las copias..

aparece un nuevo individuo en las sombras, llamemoslo anonimo que es el que mueve los hilos. Igual es el "hacker" que mando el emilio general. manipulo habilmente a fabio para que entrara en furia/frenesi y cargara contra el primero que tuviera delante.
Si gaspez dice que nunca dijo quien era la compañia, ¿por que IM se rasga las vestiduras en TFF? ahora ¿enseñara el mensaje que decia que Gaspez le confirmaba q eran ellos? ¿si no lo hace quien habra actuado incorrectamente? ¿si se diera el caso que otro actuo incorrectamente se le sancionaria igual que a GA? ¿sera todo un error de traduccion? Seguimos sin saber de donde salieron las copias recasteadas, si alguna vez han existido...

Puesssss, qué quereis que os diga, no entendía la bobada que hizo al principio, y no entiendo esta bobada que ha hecho, que viene a significar algo así :

Fabio, no sé si lees este foro, pero lo normal es que si haces algo, diciendo nombres o no, y dañas a alguien, te debes disculpar con ese alguien, directamente, entablar una conversación y decir, "no, no eres tú, y si te ha ofendido, me disculpo contigo".

A mi me parece que esto empeora aún más las cosas, bueno, no es que las emperore, es que las hace aún más ridículas.

This envelope contained a model, it was a copy of mine and not an original one. I am not sure, but the first two models and this seem to come from the same printing. Now, because of my life is based on my work and I put in the quality of what I do all my aspectatives for my future, I was taken in a fit of an inexpressible rage and I wrote what I had known (or maybe what someone wanted to make me know), that in USA a company or a shop used to sell my copied products. I said before that, in fact, all seemed too much easy, and, reflecting on it, I understood that someone furnished me the “casus belli” and who knows me know that I have hot blood and I am impulsive. By chance, when my work started going well and I started receiveing a lot of compliments for my miniatures in all over the world, this happened to me. I apology in public and without shame, except being ingenuous and impulsive, if from my actions this problem was born, I never accused anyone because I have not heard any name and also because the information that the copyed products came from USA was given to me from an anonymous man (and perhaps in a way that I will get angry and I will do a lot of noise). This is a small world and our sector is even more smaller, I don’t want someone suffer and I apology again for what I wrote, too much in a hurry. Osea resumiendo que en una convención vio dos minis suyas clonadas, que luego le mandaron un anónimo con dos más y franqueo italiano y que por todo eso sospechó. Tampoco se disculpa mucho dice que no da nombres porque entonces tampoco los dió.... Será interesante ver si le levantan el ban en TFF...

I only have have 3 things I want to add to the mix here (I know I should just walk away ... but the apology is almost worse for me than the original post):

1) Gaspez confirmed to us that he was talking about us. That's why he demanded we return all our merchandise to him.

2) His original post actually did name us just not with the actual name. He said "an American firm with whom I collaborated and with whom I have no more business relations from July 2010 still sells on its site my products". There is only one American company with a website that was selling Gaspez products ... that alone names us. But then he adds the bit about July 2010 which was the date of our last order with him which we talked about publically on our own forum as we were trying to adjust how we carried his products to adjust to his new terms since he told us that in order to get the same vendor terms we get from Neomics we'd have a minimum order of 7000 Euros guaranteed each month (I don't know how big people think we are ... but we are not that big). So by saying an American company with an online store, selling their goods with a last order in July ... he was naming us in his original post and to imply now multiple times in his apology that he never named us is just not honourable.

3) If the apology was sincere ... why was the last email we received this:
"So do not contact me again please.
And if you write on the forums about me it will be read by my law firm and action is taken accordingly

Fabio Gasparini"

And as a footnote ... if he has a law firm why did he say in his apology that he doesn't?

Sorry this has just been a mess and I do very much look forward to 2011 being a fresh start I hope. Already placed an order with Willy to stock his figures at Impact! with the money that we had set aside to buy more Gaspez product.

Solo quiero añadir 3 cosas sobre este tema (Sé que debería simplemente pasar de ello... pero para mi esta disculpa es casi peor que el post original) (N. del T.: supongo que se refiere al post original de Gaspez en su web)

1) Gaspez nos confirmó que sus acusaciones se referían a nosotros. Es por ello que exigió que le devolviesemos toda nuestra mercancia (las minis de gaspez aún en stock).

3) Realmente su post original si nos nombraba a nosotros, simplemente sin usar el nombre concreto. El dijo "una empresa Americana con la que colaboraba y con la que no tengo ya relaciones comerciales desde Julio del 2010, aún vende en su web mis productos. " Solo existe una compañia americana con pagina web que estaba vendiendo productos de Gaspez... solamente esto ya nos nombra. Pero luego añade el detalle sobre Julio de 2010, que fue la fecha de nuestro último pedido con él, del cual hablamos publicamente en nuestros propios foros ya que estabamos tratando de ajustarnos a como vender sus productos para cumplir sus nuevos términos, ya que nos había dicho que para tener las mismas condiciones comerciales que tenemos con Neomics tendriamos que hacerle a Gaspez un pedido mínimo mensual garantizado de 7000 Euros (no se como de grande se piensa la gente que es Impact... pero no lo somos tanto). Asi pues, al decir que se trataba de una empresa americana con una tienda online, vendiendo sus productos y con un último pedido en Julio... nos estaba nombrando a nosotros en su post original; dar a entender ahora multiples veces en su disculpa que nunca nos nombró no es honorable.

3) Si la disculpa era sincera... ¿por que fué este el último email que recibimos?:

"No contacteis conmigo de nuevo, por favor.
Y si hablais en los foros sobre mi, mis abogados lo leeran y se tomaran acciones al respecto.

Siento todo este enredo y espero con ilusión que 2011 sea un nuevo comienzo. Ya he le he hecho un pedido a Willy para vender sus figuras en Impact! con el dinero que habiamos guardado para comprar más minis de Gaspez.
