NAF SANCIONED
All Team's Coach need a NAF Membership to take part at the Triple Skull.
It could be done by yourself at NAF website: http://member.thenaf.net/index.php
or could be done at the morning at the tourney thanks to National NAF Coordinator presence that grant you a membership.
Details on membership cost could be find on preview link and isn't part of tourney subscrive costs.
SETTING RULES:
BASILAR RULES:
TS will adopt in toto current Eurobowl 2016 setting rules.
That means that all the rules presented for it will be in use even for TS with the modification shown on forwarding section "Triple Skull Team Cup House Rules and Socring"
Basic Rules
Eurobowl and EurOpen are both played with the Competition Rules Pack including the rules for the three extra teams Slann, Underworld and Chaos Pact. We play according to the resurrection style of play. All coaches start each game with the same roster and skills they registered before the tournament.
Each coach build their team with a treasury consisting of 1,100,000 gold crowns.
Inducements
Inducements are only available to tier 3 teams with the following restrictions. All tier 3 teams can buy 0-2 Star Players but must have at least 11 regular players before doing so. Goblins may buy 0-3 bribes and Halflings may buy 0-1 master chef.
Skills
All skills will be chosen before the tournament and will stay the same for all matches throughout the tournament. See the tier chart below for information on how many and which type of skills your selected team can choose. A coach may use some or all of the extra cash (tier 2 & 3) to buy skills. The rest is added to the team treasury and used towards building the team. Skills are priced as follows, 20K for a normal skill and 30K for a double skill.
Skill stacking or stat upgrades are not allowed for either Eurobowl or EurOpen.
Tier 1
6 normal skills
Wood Elf, Undead, Lizardmen, Skaven, Dwarf, Chaos Dwarf, Orcs, Dark Elf, Norse, Amazon
Tier 2
6 normal skills, 1 double skill and 20K extra cash
Chaos, Chaos Pact, Human, Khemri, Slann, Necromantic, High Elf, Elf, Nurgle
Tier 3
6 normal skills, 1 double skill and 50K extra cash
Underworld, Halfling, Goblin, Ogre, Vampire
Referee
There will be a team of referees at the venue to help solve problems if they arise.
Feel free to contact one of the referees if not able to solve a situation by yourself. The referees will also keep track of game time and if your match is not progressing fast enough you will be asked to use a chess clock or similar.
All coaches should bring a timer or app to use if necessary to keep matches on time.
TRIPLE SKULL TEAM CUP HOUSE RULES AND SCORING:
A - SPECIAL TEAM SELECTION:
Instead of create a Team of 6 coaches as reported on Eurobowl 2016, TS needs ONLY 3 coaches.
Others rules upon race and skill selections remain the same.
B - STUNTY ARROGANCE SPECIAL TEAM SELECTION
It's possible to create a special team to have some upgrade respect Eurobowl 2016 rules for Tiers 3 Team.
the three coaches MUST choose ONLY this three race: 1 Halfling, 1 Goblin and 1 Ogre Team.
All three race COULD Exchange any Normal Skill with a Double Skill for FREE for DAY 1 skills choise options.
All the three Teams get the Special Rule: "Idols Of The Crowds" (IOTC)
IOTC grant a Fan Factor Bonus of +3 for each race. This is a bonus over the normal ammount of Team Vaule explained in Eurobowl 2016 rules. De facto a Stunty Arrogance STS recive extra GC that was spent on FF.
Any Others rules relating to Tier 3, Hafling, Goblin or Ogre, Race selection, as Star Player, Inducements and similar, shown on Eurobowl 2016 setting rules remain the same.
C - RULE and AWARDS - TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKULLS!
This is a DOUBLE award prize.
During every Round the first Coach in a Team that score and scream to Others a TRIPLE SKULL rolled on his turn, or at least the first DOUBLE SKULL, on a BLOCK or BLITZ Actions will be awarded with a special and unique prizess for him and his Team mates.
At the end of the tourney, hte Team, who scored the highest number of DOUBLE and TRIPLE SKULL, on BLOCK and BLITZ Actions, will be awarded with the highest prize ofthe tourney and they will be....
