Gaspez paid in the last hour for our remaining stock of figures. As promised we have removed their products from our store.
We've requested some form of public apology for these actions from Gaspez ... the real telling thing to us will be if we get it. It should be noted that we have not even had a private apology for his actions. At least he has within the last hour removed the false criminal accusations against Impact! from their site.
We've had email confirmation from Fabio that the notice is aimed at our company so at this point there can be no question that the statements on his site related to Impact!
Impact! is happy with the way Rolljordan handled the situation as he permanently removed from the company the individual who sent out the false criminal accusations against Impact! We thank Arcano at Rolljordan for his swift and professional handling of this situation.
We can only hope that Gaspez will handle what he's done with as much professional soon.

No entiendo a Gaspez.
I don't understand Gaspez's behavior at all
Leaving aside their lack of professionalism by accusing Impact publicly instead of contacting them first...
What kind of moron renounces to a market as big as the U.S.A.? They are giving away the opportunity to reach a lot of potential customers and they will be losing big money because of all this mess. They should be given the douchebag prize of the year 2010!

Re: Clonación de miniaturas !!!!!
We used to order on average 600 Euros from Gaspez a month.
They came to us and said they expected our volume to be 6000 Euros a month (still have that email) and that since it was not that they had to increase the price of the figures we were receiving by 30%
We explained that the majority of our sales were to other stores in the USA and Australia and that if they did this we would have to stop selling to stores and only sell to individual customers. Gaspez didn't budge. We explained that we would then not be able to order again until we could sell off our stock that we had of a lot of individual figures and that now we would have to do it to a much smaller market. This is why I still had Gaspez figures left several months after my last order. I stopped selling to other US/OZ stores immediately when I realized I could not get reliable restocks for them.
We were finally getting to the point where we would have sold off enough of the single figures we had left to buy team sets just for Impact! to sell only to customers and then this happens.
I've really tried to explain how the business model works in the USA ... but Fabio has wanted it to be something it is not and this whole mess started because he could not believe we still had figures left of his when I had already explained that the market in the USA work differently than Europe.
My sales to the USA are 90% to stores and 10% to customers like the folks on this forum. When Gaspez raised my prices by 30% I stopped selling his product to stores so I had a clean cut from them and would have have them order something that I then had to say I was out of stock of or did not have enough for their order. With only 10% of my customers to sell the remaining Gaspez figures to ... that takes a long time to sell them.

Tom first of all my compliments for your behavior in handling this subject, you have prooved to be a true gentelman, and Gazperz has proved to be what he is!GalakStarscraper escribió:I think Google translate translated this correctly.txapo escribió:Hubo una gran bronca en TFF entre gazperz y quien tu sabes, los moderadores borraron casi todos los post más fuertes, indudablemente fue por esto.
If you are suggesting that the Moderators edited the posts by Rolljordan on that thread. Just wanted to correct this. Rolljordan (the person) was removed from Rolljordan (the company) by owner Arcano and he made Rolljordan (the person) delete all his comments made on the thread about Rolljordan (the company).
Confused yet.

Confuso todavía.
What I was refering to at the begining of this post is that in July at TFF there was a conflict betwen you and gazperz and than we could not know what was it as the mods deleted many of the posts by the time we read them. Simply that as not all the users of this forum are users of TFF i was explaining that.
Finally I think that all this is positive for you as for instance with Pakulkhan's elf you have showed us you are fine at your deals with other people, and may be some of the new spanish BB sculptors would like to offer you their castings.
Good luck in the future! (I love your plastic skill rings by the way)
