Is in your league any team performing bad? Cause all the teams we ask you are getting a couple of records or are at the top 10. Someone must to lose.

Yes some teams are performing badly ... but that is still good as they are supposed to be teams that aren't that good such as Vampire, Halfling, Goblin, and Ogre.
The stats on how each race are doing in my league can be found here:
http://www.blood-bowl.net/MBBL/?show=Ra ... e&dir=DESC
Please note that some of the races are things that we were testing different versions of existing teams to see how they would do in a league. For example, the Dark Elf, Dark Rugby, and Dark Runners are all Dark Elf team version that we were testing. Likewise Norse and Norsca; Amazon and Amazonian; Wood Elf and Woody Elf.
The Slann, Brettonian, and Chaos All-Stars are new rosters that we are testing for Jervis to see if they are balanced in league play as possible new teams for any future editions.
After a proof read this weekend (i was bored and i didnt want to study
) i get some doubts:
- When a players fail Going For it, he is Knocked Down. Did this mean i must roll the armour? This appear to be not so clear. I supossed to do but maybe a newbie have more doubts.
The rules state "On a roll of 1 the player trips up and is Knocked Down in the square that they moved to. Roll to see if he was injured (see page 11). " Should probably say page 12 with the current format ... which says the following on page 12: "Unless the rules state otherwise, any player that is Knocked Down may be injured. The opposing coach rolls two D6 and adds their scores together in an attempt to try to beat the Knocked Down player’s Armour value. If the roll succeeds, then the opposing coach is allowed to roll on the Injury table in the next column to see what injury the player has suffered."
- The journeymen (the ones you get to fill your 11 players) count for TR? I also supossed YES but not sure.
Page 38: "A Journeyman is always a player from the 0-16 position on your team's roster, counts his normal rookie cost towards your total team value"
- Why do we need to nerf the Ogres?
Because they are killing machine mosters at higher TRs. I haven't talked to more than a couple coaches who feel the LRB 4.0 Ogre team is balanced in a long term league. The changed roster with only 6 Ogres can still get pretty ugly to play against at higher ratings, but at least a normal team will have some options to not get destroyed. As for the new Ogre team being unplayable. Comparatively the Ogre team with Snotlings is doing about as well as the Lizardman team for winning in my league. I'm playing one right now and it really has been a lot of fun. Not everyone's definition of fun I'm sure ... but fun to me. Our top Ogre team is 15th in the league with a 3 win - 1 tie record. http://www.blood-bowl.net/MBBL/teamView.php?teamid=191
Finally as for the new Ogre team being a Snotling team because it only has 0-6 Ogres ... that would mean the Vampire team is really a Thrall team and the Chaos Dwarf team is really a Hobgoblin team. IE what the team is ... really is based on how you look at it. Given that the team will field more Ogres than Snotlings once developed on the pitch and as the Snotlings get KO'd and injured while the Ogres don't ... you'll frequently be fielding 6 Ogres and 3 Snotlings in the 2nd half. Trust me at that point ... you don't feel like you are fielding a Snotling team. (I play an Ogre team in my league ... also playing Halfling, Vampire, Slann, and the new test roster for the Amazon team (which will not be made official for LRB 5.0 either)).
- Last but not least: Any chance of add a little explanation of the type of each deck of cards? Now all of them look pretty similar to me. In 3rd edition was a clear fuction of each deck.
No room for explanations. The basic idea was that the cost of each deck is more the defining element now rather than the deck name. Only the four 50k decks were really themed. The 100, 200, and 400k decks are a jumble of effects that we felt were worth roughly those amounts.
