1) Greebo was and still is working with the artist to create that team. While those sketches are considered the property of the artist at this time ... Greebo worked with him to create them. The artist confirmed on TFF that these are entirely his concept and that neither MK1881 or Rolljordan did not purchase them from him.

2) Those sketches were created 100% with NO involvement with Rolljordan. He has 0% claim to them. He was removed from Greebo in December 2009 (since I was at ground zero of that very unfun event ... I remember that month VERY well unfortunately). These sketches were worked on by Greebo and posted to TFF in 2011. A very long time after Rolljordan was removed from Greebo.

4) As for Greebo not paying for something. JT-Y is a member of TFF (not of any miniatures company) and said he had asked Greebo for cash to use his painted pictures of his personal paint job on his Norse team for his website. Greebo had not paid him to date for the images on Greebo's site. Greebo did know anything about this (I checked and he did not remember about this). However he has now contacted JT-Y to either pay him the amount he wanted or he said he'd remove the images from this site. This had nothing at all to do with the actual subject of MK1881 and the Dark Elves.

5) MK1881 on their website says they have 2 part owners that have previously been involved with miniature making companies. One of the TFF Mods sent Mark Kirby who is the only named owner of MK1881 some questions about the company and the team. Mark Kirby from MK1881 stated that "I can see some armor similarity, but looking closer they are quite different. Both designs have similar armor pieces to thousand of other armors that can be seen on many elf warriors. All you need is a quick search on the web. As for the witch elf their design seems closer to the actual Games Workshop witches. I am sorry but there isn’t much I can do." He was asked in 2 different messages if Rolljordan was one of the 2 other owners and has refused to answer the question both times.

I offer no judgments here. Seriously I not going to state my opinions at all because I learned from being owner of Impact! that personal opinions are dangerous to state when you own a miniatures company. However ... after reading the thread ... I thought it could help for me to just post the facts behind this that I was aware of so everyone could make better decisions about what they think about this matter.
