https://www.facebook.com/groups/bloodbo ... 2259831605A love letter to REVA! Usually this weekend is the REVA Bowl in Valencia. It`s a more than wonderful tournament organized by one of the most empathic, friendliest and caring persons in Blood Bowl Santo SP. I just want to say thank you for all the unforgotten moments in the last 3 years at your tournament and in the fantastic city Valencia. You and your friends "Festen" and "Pollo" pick up the players from other countries at the airport and bring them to a spanish restaurant with great food. That was the moment I`ve learned, that spanish players and italian players talk and understand each other in their own language. After the meal you`ll bring us to the fantastic venue "La Carreta". It`s possible to play your first game at friday night between 22.00 hrs and 04.00 hrs in the morning against a player of your choice (if the other one also wants to have a game with you). So friends from nothern spain challenged friends from southern spain....players from germany can play with friends from Logrono or Pisa...everything is possible.....unforgotten moments!! I remember my first impression "who will play until 04.00 hrs in the morning....just to go to bed at 03.50 after a great game vs. Stelacero. I also remember my first game vs. "K" from Barcelona......his Goblins vs. my Chaos Pact....halftime 0:0...missing all my 3 Big guys for the second half.... . Santiago also picked up a friend from the airport at 23.00 hrs, at the moment, 100 players were at the venue. Thank you so much! Coming from the cold and dark teutonic winter, the weather in Valencia was so warm that I`ve playerd many games outside in the sun......not possible in germany end of january. The spanish buffet at sunday after the tournament is more than gorgeous. That was also the moment I`ve learned a special thing about Reva....the Blood Bowlers coming in clubs. "The players there at the table are all from Malaga (30 players).....there from Mallorca (35 players) etc. Always spend 3 more days in the city...so many interesting things to see...and the german part in me forces myself to go to the beach every year. My heart is bleeding that we can`t have another wonderful Reva this weekend....we`ll see us in near future. Thank you Santiago, Festen and Pollo for all your engagement to make such a great tournament. Thanks to all the players (over 200!) for making Reva so fantastic! Thanks to Beppe to say "You `ve to go there!" Stay healthy....we`ll see us next Reva 13....can`t wait.
